Raul Mesquita de Freitas has over 20 years in Telecom, in Operators such as Claro and Oi, Suppliers such as Huawei and IBM, and infrastructure companies such as BR Towers and ATC. In recent years he has focused on Fiber, in companies such as Vogel and Ufinet. He studied Electrical Engineering and Administration at UFRGS and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
